Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our localized, private parsing engine.

Which South African banks are supported?

We support all major South African banks, including Standard Bank, First National Bank (FNB), ABSA, Nedbank, Capitec, and popular corporate layouts. Our local visual coordinate parser is specifically calibrated to these layouts.

Is my sensitive financial data safe and private?

Absolutely. Unlike standard AI converters that send your financial transactions to third-party public AI endpoints (which might use your data for training), we use a 100% local visual coordinate parser. Your statements are parsed strictly in-memory on our secure isolated local server, converted to Excel, and permanently deleted from our directory instantly. We do not store or sell your transactional data.

Do I need a credit card to try the service?

No credit card is required! Every registered user gets a generous Free Taster quota of 15 pages parsed per month. You can test the accuracy of the parser completely free. Only upgrade to Starter or Professional if you require high page volume or Google Sheets export.

What if a custom bank statement layout doesn't parse correctly?

Standard presets handle 99% of normal bank statement exports. For obscure, customized, or international statements, our Professional and Accountant plans feature our interactive Visual Coordinate Calibration Grid. This allows you to visually calibrate the boundaries (gutters) for any PDF directly on your dashboard and save it as a custom template for future statements!

Secure & Private

Your files are processed securely and deleted immediately after download. We never store your financial data.
